Post Lockdown Advice For Clients

We are introducing a few new ways of working.

Dear Client

We are really pleased that we can now reopen and start providing services to you again. Keeping you and us safe will always be our first priority so we are introducing a few new ways of working.

Naturally we will be sanitising between each client and have built in extra time to make sure we can do this thoroughly.

We are very fortunate that we have plenty of space to use for treatments so keeping that distance isn’t such a problem and with a bit of common sense we can win through!

  • Only attend your appointment if you are completely well – we will happily reschedule if you have any worries.
  • Our therapist will have a temperature check every morning before work. We have a no touch thermometer and will offer to check all clients as they arrive. We hope everyone will see the advantages of that.
  • Post Lockdown Advice For ClientsPlease attend at your appointment time – not earlier or later – so we can ensure our social distancing is effective. We will schedule a gap between clients so we have time to clean effectively once the first client has left the premises.

  • We ask that you come alone to your appointment to minimise the opportunity for infection.
  • For the time being please wear a mask whilst at Beauty 4U. If you do not have any we can provide one for you at cost price. Staff will be wearing visors.
  • Hand sanitizers will be available. Please use these every time you enter the premises.
  • Please pay by card, not cash. Our payment terminal will be brought to you in the treatment room to minimise social contact.
  • We may ask you to come into the building by the rear door where you will be met and taken directly to the treatment room. Please let us know if this causes any concerns.
  • We will not be offering tea, coffee and other refreshments for the time being. Please bring your own drinks bottle if you wish.
  • Only the downstairs toilet will be available for clients. We will reserve the upstairs toilet for staff.
  • For the present we are not able to accept walk in clients, appointments will be made via telephone or messaging only.
  • Vouchers are still available to purchase, we ask that you buy these via our booking provider or by phoning the salon. We will deliver or post as appropriate.
  • If you feel that you come into the category of vulnerable please let us know and we will tailor our services specifically for you.
